Viva la Música has arrived at SeaWorld Orlando and so have Chef Héctor's recipes. To kick-off the party, and allow you to continue the festivities even when you get back home, we asked Chef Héctor to share a few recipes with us. Today's recipe is a fan-favorite cocktail: SANGRIA! This simple three-step recipe is sure to get any party started.

To start, you will need the following ingredients:
1 bottle of red wine
14 oz. orange juice
6 oz. pineapple juice
6 oz. guava juice
24 oz. bottle sprite
1 lb. ice
1 diced orange
1 diced apple
2 oz. small diced pineapple
2.5 oz. sugar
Steps:
- Step 1: Slice the fruit and drop into a gallon pitcher with the sugar and lightly blend with a spoon.
- Step 2: Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir.
- Step 3: Refrigerate until it's ready to be served. (4-6 hours is ideal to let the flavors blend!)
